When you apply you have to first complete a 15 minutes maths aptitude test. Two weeks later I was invited for an interview
The whole process took about 4-5 hours. The day started off with a brief video presentation, after that you have to complete a 30 minutes maths aptitude test, then followed by two 45 minutes written problem solving test. It concludes with an interview with the manager, going over the written test and some general interview questions

How would you design a program to play a game of flapjack ?
They have an online interview with maths and puzzle questions and some coding in Ruby. Later their is an in person interview that includes more puzzle/logical questions and then a pseudo programming test with a discussion about answers and scalability of solutions.

Design a pseudo program for pigeons delivering letters via the most optimal route
Online tests followed by a face-to-face. Tests are very straightforward, the interview tries to make you think, although its clear that they have a structure they want you to follow to hit certain criteria. The people were friendly, but no feedback afterwards.

People sending messages on tablets - how to solve the issue of them not being received etc. Clearly some link to networking that you either know or don't.
