Interview
I got a call from a recruitment agency about this role and was forwarded to do an aptitude test which was a little challenging due to the time constraint. Then after i passed the test, i was told to fill in a small application form, nothing long.
Invited to assessment day and upon arrival, there was 5 other candidates. After talking to the other candidates, 4 of them were from oxford, one from warwick and i was from Kings. Sounds like they heavily mark themselves to Oxbridge students. First test was a longer aptitude test like the one you done online. Then followed by three problem solving questions. First one was about two greeks and the dumb slaves who carry the messages on the tablet. Task was too suggest how to improve the process. Nothing hard, just common sense. Second question was like a programming sort, follow the instructions and get an output. Third question was to write a program to explain their very of a blackjack game. Afterwards it was followed by an interview, discussing your answers and a chance to redeem yourself.

2nd question was hard for me because i didnt read the question properly and done it wrong. When i realise i was doing it wrong, i was already half way through my time and couldnt complete it at all.
Multiple rounds of tests for aptitude. On multiple days. Basic coding knowledge helpful but not required as they accept people with the skills they are looking for. I interviewed a few years ago so things might have changed
The interview process involves going through a day of tests for which you dont get told what they are.
One was a high IQ test (to justify their arrogance)
One was a verbal reasoning
One was a basic code review challenge
Then there was an interview with a developer. He told me that I would want to work in finance, when finance was not even on my CV! He seemed upset he didnt work in finance. He was very aggressive and lacked social skills at the same time.
Noticeably the office was VERY MALE which was very off putting. All the women seemed to have low level admin jobs which was VERY OFFPUTTING.
Seem to have a fascination with maths grads.
The lady from HR phoned me after to tell me that they had rejected a PhD Physics graduate from Oxford recently for not passing the hiring bar. She delighted into telling me this.

An on-site interview consisting of one round of multiple choice mental maths questions and second round of 8 math/algorithmic puzzles followed by an interview discussing the answers. This final interview also asks more genral fit questions.
