Metaswitch interview questions

Interview contains at least three stages. 1 online test. 2 Initial assessment. In this stage, it contained three parts. One was a aptitude test. The test content contains three kinds of questions. They were just like online interview. If you were non-native speaker, you can do it separately. Next part was a problem solving question. After that, you would face third part, programming question about blackjack. 3 group work, case study, presentation. I didn't get the third part. As a non-native speaker, it was my first interview in UK. I didn't get used to it at the beginning. Therefore, I didn't have my best performance, which was a shame. Anyway, it is still really helpful. I am glad to have such experiences.

After an initial online test, there was a day of written tests, which would be completed and answers discussed in interviews. This was followed by another day of interviews for a second round, consisting of more problems and giving a presentation. The interviews on the first day were mostly problem based, whereas the second day consisted of some general interviews as well as a couple of problem based questions.
