Metaswitch Software Developer interview questions

Applied online application followed by aptitude tests 50 questions for 15mins. And invited for assessment centre at Enfield. The process took 5 hours IQ test on paper based code review and face to face interview. It was very difficult but friendly environment.

Online aptitude test Assessment Day: Presentation about the company: Interesting and informative - no opportunity to ask questions. Aptitude test followed by 3 longer tests (stone tablet, blackjack and following some pseudocode): Aptitude test I found a lot more challenging than the online test. Stone tablet/Blackjack: had plenty of ideas but hard to write everything down in a neat organised way within time frame. Pseudocode: make sure to write down everything when halfway point reached. Absolute nightmare if you go wrong and haven't! 2 Interviews: A little pointless as they asked me the exact same questions in both. Then tactlessly said I should have had more experience the next time I apply to a job despite being advertised as a "no experience needed" job.
