Online application followed by interview in the Edinburgh office. Interviewers were very nice and quick to help. Really gave me the feeling that they cared about what I was saying and my ideas to solving the problems. Overall a very good experience.

Friendly, pretty relaxed. Had to complete an aptitude test, and 2 longer problems. Then had 2 separate interviews with 2 different people where we discussed the problems further and a bit about me and did some estimations of number of petrol stations.
