The interview process started with a short phone call from HR to set up an face to face interview and confirm information from my resume and only application. The interview was a panel format with one HR person and two hiring managers. We started with simple questions from an HR representative about my resume and confirming previous work experience/education. Then the hiring manager began with questions more in depth about how my skills could be applied to current projects and what I could bring to the company. The interview ended with going over the benefits offered and where to find information on the pay range.
