Had personal contact with employee. Company recruiter conducted an initial phone screen interview. Then, had a follow-up phone screen interview with Federal and Civilian leadership, followed by an on-site interview with key program staff members. Offer made within 2 weeks after the on-site interview. Joined the company within 2 weeks of accepting the offer.

Interview
Applied with metrostar systems via monster.com. Recruiter contacted to conduct a phone screening and provide an overview of the position and company. After completing the phone screening the recruiter reached out to schedule an in-person on-site meeting. The face to face interview lasted about 1.5 to 2 hours. Applicants will speak to three project managers individually for 30 minutes. Situational and open ended questions are asked. The staff was very professional and friendly; however, I never received notification on a decision.
