The interview process was lengthy - they seemed to build up the stages as they went along, and didn't have a concrete structure up front. I was made to go through several rounds, interviewing with multiple different people, including higher management, only to be declined an offer at the end and told off with a "skill set wasn't a fit for the role" template reason, offering no more feedback. Emails to the hiring managers politely seeking feedback were ignored. What felt like a great interview left a bad taste at the end with how the feedback was dealt with, especially after most of the interviewers said positive things to me.
