Completed an internal interview for my position. Completed 2 total interviews 1 - Service Operations and Sales/Marketing Manager 2 - HR The interview was not your standard process, as this was an internal interview. I believe that our organization does take pride in the employees they seek. For my interview I came prepared with a process improvement presentation, and ensure I had prepared for all the standard questions.
