The interview process consisted of three rounds: an initial interview with HR, a second interview with the Team Lead, and a final on-site round where I presented a scientific topic to the team and answered their questions.
Overall, there were no tricky questions. Everyone was friendly and the interviews were conducted in a pleasant atmosphere.
The only negative aspect I experienced was that the overall recruitment process was very slow. The position was opened at the end of January, and I received the final decision in mid-June. In particular, it took around two months to receive the final decision after the on-site presentation, which I found to be quite a long wait.
