Interview
I had applied for more than one position. I had a first phone conversation with the recruiter. She asked me about my previous experiences and she gave me some details about the vacant position. After a few days a next interview in person was agreed. I met the recruiter with two Sales managers. They asked me more in details about my past job experiences.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mettler-Toledo (None)
Interview
Begin with initial phone screen and an interview was scheduled for soon after. Interview went well, conversation flowed nicely and was followed by a quick tour of the office.
The interviewer then went on to discuss how another job I applied for was a bad idea and generally badmouthing them - very unprofessional.
They were interviewing one other person and was told they would contact me within the next week to discuss the outcome. Never heard back - extremely rude on their part as I would have appreciated a quick email or call to notify me of the outcome rather than leaving me confused. Very disappointing.
