very bad experience with HR in Novate Milanese (Italy). I had passed the first selection and was asked to do an interview with the manager. I had reschedule because my wife got suddenly hospitalised, but they never got back to me with a new date despite me chasing them up by phone and email. I potentially lost a job opportunity just because of HR behaviour. I know other candidates, contacted by HR in Italy after an application, had similar experiences, never got an answer and a feedback. I think this person just ignores and wait until people get fed up and give up. It would be much better if they just said they are not interested anymore for whatever reason. This is very unprofessional.
