Applied for this position in the Warsaw office. Got a call from their internal recruiter. We went through my experience and it was basically the perfect match. They asked my salary and even though I gave a very reasonable number for the market, she said it was too much. She kept the salary range a secret. Basically they just hire based on salary. Recruiter spoke bad English so I got an unprofessional impression. She’d get back to me the same week. Three weeks later, ghosted with no answer. Don’t apply here.
