I applied in person and was called very next day for i the interview, i reached 15mins before given time. The interview was with national personnel and his senior. I qualified the interview technically, but then I got rejected by the senior most personnel, because me being a female candidate and from the background maharashtrian family. They state in bold on their website that they dont judge candidates in the basis of gender or background, but they do when u attend an interview.
They where aware that u was a female candidate then why did they called me for interview?
