First phone call interview with HR recruiting specialist, this interview was just to vet me and see that I am interested in sales, in the correct territory, and have experience selling to pharma companies. After this second interview conducted virtually with sales regional manager, more specific about my experience and goals I have. Questions focused on who I am, what I have been doing at my past company, very natural conversational interview. 3rd and Last interview was with the Director level person, again all about myself, questions were asked about how I have handled difficult tasks or working with other departments and divisions. There was one question specific about the Mettler Toledo product. I recommend becoming just a little familiar with what they sell.
