Interview
2 stage interview. 1st with manger and another business SLT member. General discussion over role and responsibilities, discussions regarding CV, background and experience.
2nd with division lead and sales manager with 2 presentations
Recruiting team is very junior. Took way too long to get back to me. Process is complex and long. Seemed very manual what they were doing. Not the company for me.
