Interview
First long call with HR, then a telephone call with hiring manager, then trade testing on the 2nd interview , then another face to face interview , they do not show any of the offices or actual kit
After the first initial interview with a recruiter. I was assigned to a second round Zoom interview with 4 managers and one HR manager and still none of them were my direct manager. I had to represent myself and answer 3 questions in about 15 minutes. The general environment was very stressful, they were demanding and not supportive. and none of the managers gave me a direct feedback.
