I had two phone interviews with a member of their 'recruiting team'. The interviews consisted of a standard screen and then a more in depth phone interview. The person I spoke with was very optimistic about me as a candidate though after our second call I never heard back. I followed up a handful of times but there was nothing but dead air. I didn't even received an email to 'regretfully inform' me. Pretty standard I guess
