I had 2 main interviews with my department manager and 1 short interview with the HR. The 2 interviews with the manager, 1 basically like a general interview while another was like more to role play as customer and sales person to share the value of one of MT's product. Need to do presentation on it.

Question 1
How I will handle the customer if the customer immediately said no even before sharing our value?
There were 3 interviews. The first was basic with HR, the second with sales team, and third with sales team and HR. Pretty standard interview process. Due to COVID-19 all the interviews were done remotely.
