First took a screening test via zoom with other applicants, very easy. Did a panel interview about a month later, straight forward questions about my ability and the position. Did not hear from them for months, even after following up with the HR person who had been contacting me. Assumed it was a lost cause and then got offered the job 3 months after the interview.
