Panel of four. Ten questions. About 2 or 3 of the questions were very specific regarding experience related to the position's responsibilities. Unfortunately, the interviews were very behind and there was a long wait to be called in.

Real easy. We started with small talk to ease the tension of an interview. There were two people who asked questions about my background and what I did in certain situations.
