Bureaucratic and lengthy. They have a panel as required, but not everyone is familiar with the actual job and it is intimidating on purpose. It is usually already skewed and often times they already have a candidate selected and are just going through the motions to make sure they meet the guidelines. I just got "luckly" because the candidate they had preselected was not available at the last minute.
