Interview
There was no interview so you only had to show up for training. It took about an hour to complete an assessment on a computer, then you get a tour, and then you're introduced to your section.
I came in and was asked my availability then worked. Apparently they had already decided to hire me before I came in. It was very easy. Oh and it was like $11 an hour. King library.
