Pretty straightforward. If your resume is selected, they invite you for an in-person (or virtual) interview. From there, if selected you are offered a position and do not need to go through round after round of interviews.

The university does not close for inclement weather very often. In the event of heavy snow, or ice, would you be able to make it in to work?

Interview
Received interview invite via email, scheduling the interview was easy. The process was quick - about three weeks total from the interview offer to the actual job offer. The most stressful part was the background check phase as Miami uses a third-party company that online has a terrible reputation. Just when I thought there was a problem with the background check, I got the phone call with an offer.
