Interview
I was offered a job when the manager noticed I was cleaning during business hours. I met one on one with her for about a half hour, and she asked me some brief questions. After that, I had to complete several online counseling sessions, followed by brief assessments. Overall, the experience was a very positive one.

very easy, apply online through the portal and most of them come with just 1 interview and then job offer. unless they ghosted or rejected you you probably got that job.
It was a virtual interview with 2 current faculty members. We introduced ourselves and they asked me questions about myself and my interest for the job. They left time for me to ask questions about the position and contacted me a few days later offering me the position.
