After I applied for the position, I was contacted by a recruiter employed by Michael Baker International. He and I discussed my career interests and the opportunity for which I applied. We spoke for about 45 minutes before he asked if he could forward my resume to the hiring manager to see if he wanted to proceed with an interview. I received an email from the recruiter that the hiring manager was interested in interviewing me, and a date was set to conduct an interview via Webex video meeting. The interview was a three-panel style interview with whom I would work directly with if hired. The interview flowed nicely with many questions regarding how I would handle a situation, what negative traits do I have, and other personality questions about my motivation, drive, and goal setting. The following day I was contacted by the recruiter and was offered the position, to which I accepted.
