I first spoke with an employee at a career fair. A few months later, I was contacted to do a phone interview. The phone interview consisted of only a few questions regarding my education and extracurricular activities at school. At the end of the phone interview, I was asked to come on-site a couple months later. The on-site interview was mostly conversational, as I spoke individually with three employees. I was not asked any behavioral or technical questions. Also, do not expect to be reimbursed for travel expenses.
