after recruiter intial interview, recieved a second interview with hiring manager and team. hiring manager and team were only half engaged in interview and half engaged in their daily tasks. this was visibly noticeable by no eye contact, typing sounds and reflection of glasses that members were engaged in other tasks. hiring manager flexed his biceps and hiring team mentioning exhaustion from workload. red flags to run
