I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Michael Kors (Elizabeth, NJ) in Feb 2021
Interview
The initial interview with the HR went well. Straight forward questions. Then had an interview with the the Manager, again straight forward questions. The reason i didn't get the job was because "I showed too much interest in the company". Thats when i was like Never EVER am I going to apply for a company with this kind of mindset.
Message to the company: LEARN HOW TO SELECT YOUR EMPLOYEES - they have to love the company+ the role to work efficiently.
