Very straightforward and professional interview process. I had to interview with their store manager and the District Manager before I was offered the position, but they were very timely in setting up all the interviews which was appreciated.

The first part was an in-person interview with the general manager. I told the interviewer when scheduling that I had to leave by 2 pm, however, the interview lasted from 1 pm til 2:45 pm! Started off with typical questions about my experience and then went into Several exercises to demonstrate my customer experience. (You NEED to be VERY familiar with the brand beforehand) The second part was a phone interview with their district manager. She asked similar questions to the General Manager about my experience, then asked about how familiar I am with the brand and what products I own. She asked what Fun Facts I knew about the brand (AGAIN you need to know the brand WELL). Never heard back after that....
