I enquired about internships via their website and was sent an email with questions to answer asking what I knew about the role and why I thought I was fitting.
Next round was a telephone interview; highly competency based demanding you demonstrate skills through examples of your experience. You must also demonstrate knowledge of what the company and the role are about. Immediately after interview you are given critical feedback on the quality of your experiences etc. If successful, you're invited to a group assessment.
At group assessment you are being assessed on how much you contribute, if you lead or if you sit back. I had a debate task where there were two teams and you were given a point to present and then debate. Then you are given a group task where you have profiles of candidates and a job brief; you have to discuss in your group who the best people are for the job and then present to the 'client' who you think the best person is; you have to show you have taken into account all the aspects of the profile.
