I had a quick interview about past experiences and interests, if I had any ongoing processes elsewhere, and when I was free to meet the team. It was not very difficult, and my interviewer was quite friendly.

It was amazing that the interviewer introduce the insight of headhunting industry. Although I am just a undergraduate sophomore student, she was nice and patient in the interview and open-minded toward my answer.

I applied online. It was originally a phone screening (that was unaccepted they did not plan a time for the call.) After I completed a personality quiz. Then I went onsite where I spoke with the managing director answering questions about why I wanted to work there and what I am hoping for in the long term. I then spoke with my direct manager, completed a few role plays, then got the offer on the spot before I left the office!
