I had to submit a CV, then complete a telephone interview before the assessment centre. In the assessment centre there were two 1:1 interviews as well as two group tasks. There was no personal interview per se, more role play and situational testing.

I applied online. It was originally a phone screening (that was unaccepted they did not plan a time for the call.) After I completed a personality quiz. Then I went onsite where I spoke with the managing director answering questions about why I wanted to work there and what I am hoping for in the long term. I then spoke with my direct manager, completed a few role plays, then got the offer on the spot before I left the office!
