Interview
I was contacted by a phone call by a recruiter, and I had a face to face screening with her a few days later. Once there, I was invited by the receptionist to wait for the recruiter who was in a meeting at the moment, and in the meantime to fill a form with my data.
The recruiter arrived 15min late without even my CV . The screening was easy, typical questions about myself, my experience and what am I looking for. After speaking more or less 10 minutes she told me that I would have been contacted by her in the afternoon to set the second interview. Never heard from her again.
i sent her an email to ask for it and she did't reply.
I am aware that the biggest aim of a recruiter is NOT finding a job for the people who contact the agency. It's all about collecting data. But I would have expected a bit more of respect, the basic level. "I will let you know if you are one of the people going to the second interview" sounds better than "Great, I will contact you to set the date of the second interview, do you have any preference?" it sounds really unrespectful and sadistic.
I just unsubscribed from any of their email campaigns and asked to remove my data from the database. I'ts just my data among millions of them, but I ant this person to have wasted her time as I did!
Guys, if you see some job post from PageGroup in Barcelona, don't waste your time! It's just data collection!

Interview
They were recruiting a new Project Manager for a German company opening operations in Portugal. The recruiter sent me some presentations and links with further information about their client in advance. The interview was based on my CV, so I talked about my background and experience then the recruiter shared more details about the position, challenges, and a little bit about benefits. She asked about my salary expectations, however the process has not moved forward.
Contacted by HR, very nice approach, professional. Asked about my background and experience. We talked about salary expectations and notice period. She has explained position and asked my availability for interview.
