I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. The recruiter discussed how they feel my background aligned with the position. I looked at the reviews for the company on glassdoor and found that this company had some issues. I’m not sure why anyone would want to work 50 hours a week but only get paid for 40. Or why would anyone want to work under someone who was only promoted because they met their goals ? I told her this and she responded that they receive merit bonuses and such and asked to speak with me to give more details.
We set up a schedule a time to speak and I give her my number and she never calls me! How rude! Especially since YOU reached out to ME. I went back on LinkedIn to see if I had the time and date correct and saw that I did and that she was active on LinkedIn at that very moment.
All in all it seems like a very unprofessional company and I’m happy I didn’t give them any of my time.
Overall good experience. Got to meet nice and professional people during interview process. It started with a zoom call, meeting different members of the team and the last stage in person at the head office.

Interview
I had a final round interview with a man named Sean Puddle. He told me I wasn't a good fit because I was from Long Island and likely had family money, so I wouldn't be hungry enough for this sales role.
Sean is now at Robert Walters, and I'm sure he's been the same jerk there.
