Question 1
What were some KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) used to assess you in your last position?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Michael Page (Boston, MA) in Oct 2018
Interview
I completed a phone interview and Skype interview before going in for a formal interview at Michael Page in Boston. I was told by a sales recruiter that the interview process would take about four hours. About an hour into the meeting, my interview was abruptly ended because apparently I did not exhibit the high- pressure sales tactics the company is looking for in the sales role playing activity.
Before the interview, I was told by the recruiter that I would be updated on the status of my potential employment by the following day. I called the recruiter at 4 PM the next day only to be rushed off the phone, as the recruiter claimed there was a meeting that was about to begin. There were two other occasions in my interactions with them in which I was told the same thing. I was never given the courtesy of a confirmation that I wasn't a good fit for the position. The lack professionalism in the recruiting process reflects poorly upon Michael Page and PageGroup.
