I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Michael Page
Interview
One of the worst experiences with an external recruiter I have ever had. The recruiters will badger you non-stop when they see that they can make money off of you, and then when they realize they cannot, they disappear until the see the next opportunity to exploit you.
Specifically, I received four phone calls and four emails in four hours to set up an interview with an employer. And when I reached out to the recruiter I never received a response until the next gig came up.
Three stages, interviewers were all friendly and explained the job scope and company culture. The hiring manager was very convincing and accommodating, making it very appealing to work under them.
Interview process was casual/formal. They asked skilled based question and ran through the role itself. The employers were very friendly and that really showed its working culture. The interview lasted just over 30 minutes where we covered skills and traits required for the role.
