Interview
They called me and did my phone screening. Post which I got invited to their office in Mumbai. After 4 rounds of interview, I was told that I will be informed about the further process. I called them and wrote to them for over 2 months and got no reply from them .
after 3 months I get another call from them for a consultant role in their other department. Again I had 3 rounds of interview. I follow up on that, but I get ghosted again, there is no responce from their end.
The third time they invited me for interview of another opened position from the same Mumbai office. I had enough and I told them of how awful I was treated in the previous 2 times, the lady cut my call and didnt have the courtesy to listen.

After going through a phone interview and a face-to-face interview (2 sessions), I was ghosted by the interviewer. No reply or feedback if the application is rejected. Literally just ghosted. A courtesy, template email stating your application is rejected is much appreciated.
