I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Michael Page (London, England) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview came across as more of a personality test, as someone of the questions asked were very personal and not related to previous work experience. For this particular role it is evident that they are looking for people with a strong personality as they can ask some deep questions to test your character. Some of the questions can be very forward that are expected to catch you off guard. They were very interested to see what my short & long term goals were and how these aligned with the business.
