I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Michael Page (Lima, Lima Region) in Mar 2019
Interview
The admission process started with a group dynamic in which they would filter candidates. After the first round, I was interviewed by the HR Business Partner and a Human Resources consultant from Michael Page. After both interviews, I was scheduled for a Skype interview with the head of Human Resources in Latin America.
It would be great if I could describe the interview process, but submitting a resume to this organization resembles the flight of a spacecraft in a black hole. I never heard back after numerous attempts.
