I was initially sent a "Caliper" personality assessment via email. The next day I was contacted and told that I did well on 3/5 pillars that they were looking for and for me to come in for a group interview the next week. 12 of us were invited and were all in a large boardroom with notepads and pens and a presentation about an overview of the company was provided. We were asked to introduce ourselves and tell them a bit about ourselves. The 4 interviewers had booklets where they were writing notes the entire time. We then chose a piece of paper from a basket with 1 of 4 possible scenarios. We then had 30 mins to prepare for the scenario. Mine was that I was the President of my school's chess club and I had to convince them to sign up and as well pay $50 up front. We were all then split up and did the scenarios one-on-one with the interviewers. After they met up for discussion they let us know that only 6 of us will be staying for individual interviews. I made the cut and interviewed twice, each with a different interviewer. They weren't that interested in my resume but more interested in me convincing them that I really wanted this job and why.
