Sent email application and received phone call to arrange interview on the same day. The hiring director asked couple questions on the phone as well, asking why you wanna apply for this position.
Interviewed in Admiralty, one-to-one interview with the hiring director, tough woman, not very friendly. Keep asking aggressive questions on proving myself as being a successful headhunter, keep asking why why why and how how how. after a ~10min question-intensive interview, she just said I'm not aggressive enough and do not have solid evidence to excel the role. She said there are some positions I might be suitable and referred me to another headhunter (her subordinates)
Had a chat with her subordinates to help me find a job (basically are all financial administrative work)
The following days I keep receiving calls from Michael Page from at least 7 different headhunters and ask me whether I am interested in XXX jobs.....obviously my resume has been passed around in their company..worst experience...
