Interview
Went through 3 interview processes, although the interview process went well and was quite professional, communication from the company was horrendous. Always had to contact them for further information about the next process for them to tell me that I was successful and someone will be contacting me for further information. Was contacted about a couple days later about the next interview process and then the same thing would happen the next time. The last interview I was informed went very well and someone will contact me soon, it has now been three weeks and no contact and I am not expecting one. You would expect if it was unsuccessful they would at least inform you. It makes you think if the communication from the team is already terrible during the initial stages how bad it would really be after one was to get the job. Overall, terrible experience.

After going through a phone interview and a face-to-face interview (2 sessions), I was ghosted by the interviewer. No reply or feedback if the application is rejected. Literally just ghosted. A courtesy, template email stating your application is rejected is much appreciated.
