Inappropriately long, rude interviewers, disrespectful.
Interviewers/managers don't like people who don't go out to party and drink - what has this got to do with the job?
Majority of people (mainly females) who work here do not have a degree so if you are a graduate, you are better than this and deserve better and do not need to work here!!!
The office atmosphere is unprofessional and you will fit in well if you wear mini skirts and do not have a degree.
Extremely misleading, dragged me on for 3-4 months to come to an interview constantly ringing me encouraging me to come down but then wasted my time
Assessment centre was uncomfortable and I was made to wait till last to interview out of a room of 50 other people, ridiculous - also strange how all BAME candidates were last to be interviewed!
Promised an answer at the end of the day - this never happened instead they made me come back for more and more interviews - as a naive graduate I did not know I was being taken advantage of. Had to use up all my day in the interview, as a student, paying for travel across London repeatedly.
Manager displayed an arrogant rude attitude, showed up late for the interview then proceeded to make fun of and butcher my name and it's origin.
Ignored me while I answered questions and kept going on his phone - he did this for over 2 hours.
Questioned my family background, parents occupation - inappropriate , whether i liked going out ?
Then he said I needed to be interviewed by another group of women, who again interrogated me with difficult questions and stared at me gaumlessly also made me reveal personal things.
I honestly do not know why I did not just get up and walk out - this is what people told me I should have done!
They told me I needed to be interviewed by another manager but she was not present and I would need to come back again, I was exhausted after spending 4-5 hours in a box size room being interrogated as if i was a criminal!
Later, they called me to say I was rejected and they admitted to lying about the other manager not being present, she was present but just did not want to give me the time of day to see me - but looking back I'm glad I did not have to meet another awful person from 'Michael Page'
I later found out another candidate had the same harsh bullying experience as me and was being made to return for countless 6 interviews but still being rejected, also passed on the feedback on this horrible Page firm to my university at the time.
Also, the in house recruiter for the firm could not take my feedback and proceeded to slam the phone down at me after telling her how appalled I was at the process.
Waste of time, bunch of disrespectful uneducated people! Do not bother.
