After a pleasant phone conversation I was invited for a face to face interview. they made me feel at ease and asked great questions after which I was invited for another interview which included role play

I thought the first two telephone interviews went well. However, I did not receive feedback on next steps despite being told I would. I was very disappointed with this.

Interview
I initially had a call with an employee at Michael Page which lead onto a one on one interview with a director. After this I went in for a couple of days to test out the job and see what is really involved in the job. All in all the best interview process I have been to because it is really tailored for the individual and shows them if it is a correct career for them.
