I sent my resume in and for called within an hour. After a brief phone interview I got called for an in person interview before which I had to complete a personality test. The interview was very brief, the interviewer focused on questions related to how you'd deal with salary expectations for a candidate and how do you make sales calls as opposed to delving deeper into motivations and personality. I had a bunch of questions at the end but after answering a few the interviewer ended the meeting which I thought was rude and abrupt. He also made it very clear that their hours are 8-6pm and you are expected to work longer, such will also be stated in your contract. The compensation is salaried with a discretionary bonus which leads me to believe that if you're a really good sales person you'd be making a lot more money elsewhere on commission. All in all I wasn't very impressed and didn't think it was for me. If you're young, not looking for too much money but looking to work hard and grow quickly in your career it might be the right place for you.
