4 stages : 1. applied through multiverse (they checked my profile) 2. phone screening(initial why do u want to work here etc) easy 3. zoom interview (informal conversation, invitied to assessment day) 4. assessment centre( 3 speed interviews, consisting of questions i’d been previously asked but were now unhappy with my response eg the fact i hadnt previously worked in an office, when they said training would be provided. said i looked very young which i deem inappropriate. group activities which were fine but in my opinion too many people in the room to specifically identify strong/weak characters.
