So it starts with a phone screening, and then they will decide if they want to call you in for a F2F interview with the hiring manager. Once you pass that, they will ask you to prepare 2 presentations(based on their topic), followed by a commercial round, a "get-in-the-role/ feel-the-job" and a final interview/presentation.

Please do yourself a favor and just trust the Glassdoor reviews and don't even waste your time. I met with the director who was very scattered, seemed like he'd rather be anywhere else, and ended the conversation 5-10 minutes in after calling me naive twice. Ghosted by the recruiter after the interview who was "shocked" that the director behaved that way and that he would get to the bottom of what happened. They don't respect people's time.

Very weird interview process. I have multiple recruiters constantly messaging me on linkedin to this day, when I was looking to make a move I responded to one on a whim. I had a phone screen that went well, and was told I would be contacted in the next week. I never heard from anyone again, and I'm still receiving recruiting messaging.
I had three rounds of interviews. Ended up getting my offer rescinded right when covid started I assumed since I didn't hear back from them so that was upset me
