Had to write an essay on why I believe i'm a great fit for the role and submit it online to apply for the role.Three rounds of interview meeting different people on the team. Straight forward questions below

Why do you want to be a recruiter? Do you think recruitment is sales or HR?
What motivates you? Strengths and weaknesses? What are your hobbies?(They want to determine if you have the right personality to fit in the role and team), Tell us about yourself?
Overall good experience. Got to meet nice and professional people during interview process. It started with a zoom call, meeting different members of the team and the last stage in person at the head office.

Interview
I had a final round interview with a man named Sean Puddle. He told me I wasn't a good fit because I was from Long Island and likely had family money, so I wouldn't be hungry enough for this sales role.
Sean is now at Robert Walters, and I'm sure he's been the same jerk there.
