Tough questions. You have to think quick on your feet. Be sure to go in knowing why you made previous job choices and why you want to be a recruiter. I met 2 managers who asked me the same questions. They pay a base plus a bonus with no commission.
Overall good experience. Got to meet nice and professional people during interview process. It started with a zoom call, meeting different members of the team and the last stage in person at the head office.

I had a final round interview with a man named Sean Puddle. He told me I wasn't a good fit because I was from Long Island and likely had family money, so I wouldn't be hungry enough for this sales role.
Sean is now at Robert Walters, and I'm sure he's been the same jerk there.
